Pašvaldība skolēniem dod iespēju iegūt pirmo darba pieredzi
Otro darba nedēļu aizvada tie skolēni, kuri šovasar iesaistījušies Burtnieku novada pašvaldības realizētajā skolēnu nodarbinātības organizēšanā vasaras brīvlaika mēnešos. Jau kopš 11. jūnija skolēni, sākot no 13 gadu vecuma, uzsākuši darbu kādā no 16 Burtnieku novada pašvaldības iestādēm un struktūrvienībām, kas izrādījušas iniciatīvu jauniešu nodarbinātības veicināšanā.
Burtnieku novada pašvaldība skolēnu nodarbinātības vasarā aktivitātes organizē pirmo gadu. Skolēnu atsaucība bija liela, un šogad projektā piedalās 83 jaunieši. Tā kā skolēnu skaits ir liels, tie ir sadalīti pa darba grupām, lai visi projekta laikā iegūtu iespēja pastrādāt. Katrs skolēns strādā divas nedēļas, nepārsniedzot četras stundas dienā un 20 stundas nedēļā. Divas nedēļas skolēni iesaistās algotā pagaidu darbā, saņemot par to atalgojumu, kas ir saskaņots ar atlīdzību LR noteiktās minimālās darba algas apmērā par faktiski nostrādāto stundu skaitu.
Galvenais mērķis ir piedāvāt skolēniem iegūt pirmo darba pieredzi, sniegt izpratni par profesijām un nepieciešamo zināšanas līmeni tajās, darba saturu, pienākumiem, perspektīvu. Lai skolēni kārtīgāk varētu iejusties darbinieka lomā, arī viņiem tika noteikts, ka jāraksta iesniegums, jāiesniedz ārsta izziņa, jāiziet darba instruktāža un jānoslēdz darba līgums. Protams, kā kārtīgi darbinieki, arī skolēni no saņemtās algas maksā ienākuma nodokli.
Jau pirmajā nedēļā sadarbība starp skolēniem un darba devējiem ir izveidojusies pozitīva. Ieguvēji ir visi – pašvaldība, struktūrvienības, skolēni un viņu vecāki. „Būtībā skolēniem tā ir pirmā saskarsme ar darbu. Šo projektu esam veidojuši kā izmēģinājumu, un, ja izvērtēšanā uzrādīsies labi rezultāti, tas noteikti tiks īstenots arī nākamajā vasarā,” atzīst projektu vadītājs Valdis Zariņš.
Valmieras pagasta bibliotēka ir viena no pašvaldības iestādēm, kurā skolēni tiek nodarbināti. Tās vadītāja Irēna Jekševica apliecina, ka uzsāktais projekts ir laba iespēja tieši jauniešiem: "Šis projekts ir lils ieguvums skolēniem iegūt pirmās prasmes un pieredzi darbā. Bērni ir motivēti strādāt un palīdzēt. Varētu teikt, ka šādā veidā esmu ieguvusi asistentu, kurš palīdz tikt galā ar ikdienas darbiem. Bibliotēkā vienmēr ir, ko darīt, un līdzšinējā pieredze pierādījusi, ka skolēni ir labi darbinieki, kuriem var uzticēt dažādus pienākumus."
