Lauku atbalsta dienesta paziņojums
Lauku atbalsta dienests paziņo, ka atsauc 2012.gada 5.aprīļa laikrakstā "Latvijas Vēstnesis" (Nr.55 (4658)) izsludināto paziņojumu par atklāta konkursa projektu iesniegumu pieņemšanu no 2012.gada 7.maija Eiropas Savienības Eiropas Lauksaimniecības fonda lauku attīstībai (ELFLA) un Lauku attīstības programmas (LAP) pasākumam „Atbalsts uzņēmumu radīšanai un attīstībai (ietverot ar lauksaimniecību nesaistītu darbību dažādošanu)”.
Lauku atbalsta dienests izsludina atklāta konkursa projektu iesniegumu pieņemšanu Eiropas Savienības Eiropas Lauksaimniecības fonda lauku attīstībai (ELFLA) un Lauku attīstības programmas (LAP) pasākumam „Atbalsts uzņēmumu radīšanai un attīstībai (ietverot ar lauksaimniecību nesaistītu darbību dažādošanu)” saskaņā ar Ministru kabineta 2009.gada 14.jūlija noteikumiem Nr.783 “Kārtība, kādā piešķir valsts un Eiropas Savienības atbalstu lauku un zivsaimniecības attīstībai” un Ministru kabineta 2010.gada 9.februāra noteikumiem Nr.132 „Kārtība, kādā piešķir valsts un Eiropas Savienības atbalstu atklātu projektu iesniegumu konkursu veidā pasākumam „Atbalsts uzņēmumu radīšanai un attīstībai (ietverot ar lauksaimniecību nesaistītu darbību dažādošanu)””.
Astotās kārtas projektu iesniegumu pieņemšana notiks no 2012.gada 28.maija līdz 2012.gada 26.jūnijam.
Astotās kārtas pieejamais publiskais finansējums:
- aktivitātei, kas saistīta ar kurināmā ražošanu no lauksaimniecības un mežsaimniecības produktiem - 2 000 000 LVL (divi miljoni lati);
- pārējām aktivitātēm – 18 000 000 LVL (astoņpadsmit miljoni lati).
Lauku atbalsta Dienests informē, ka saskaņā ar Ministru kabineta 2009.gada 14.jūlija noteikumu Nr.783 “Kārtība, kādā piešķir valsts un Eiropas Savienības atbalstu lauku un zivsaimniecības attīstībai” 5.2. apakšpunktu, projektu iesniegumus sarindo atbilstoši punktu skaitam saskaņā ar projektu atlases kritērijiem, priekšroku publiskā finansējuma saņemšanai dodot projektu iesniegumiem ar lielāku punktu skaitu. Ja pieejamais publiskais finansējums attiecīgajā kārtā ir pietiekams, projektu iesniegumus vērtē saskaņā ar šo noteikumu 5.4. un 5.5.apakšpunkta prasībām, bet nepiešķir tiem atlases kritēriju punktus un projektus nerindo.
Iesniegto projektu īstenošanas beigu datums, ja tiek veiktas investīcijas ražošanas pamatlīdzekļu iegādei ir viens gads, ja tiek veikta būvniecība un rekonstrukcija - divi gadi no Lauku atbalsta dienesta lēmuma pieņemšanas par projekta iesnieguma apstiprināšanu.
Projekta iesnieguma veidlapa un metodiskie norādījumi tās aizpildīšanai ir atrodami mājas lapā: www.lad.gov.lv sadaļā ES atbalsts.
Projektu iesniegumi jāiesniedz Lauku atbalsta dienesta Centrālajā aparātā Klientu apkalpošanas daļā, Rīgā, Republikas laukumā 2, 3.stāvā, 308.kabinetā (tālr. 67027693, 67027684) vai Lauku atbalsta dienesta reģionālajās lauksaimniecības pārvaldēs, pa pastu, elektroniski (atbilstoši normatīvajiem aktiem par elektronisko dokumentu noformēšanu) vai izmantojot Lauku atbalsta dienesta elektronisko pieteikšanās sistēmu (EPS).
