Burtnieku pašvaldības pārstāvji piedalīsies Novadu pašvaldību savienības sanāksmē

Piektdien, 20.aprīlī, Burtnieku novada pašvaldības domes priekšsēdētājs Jānis Leitis, izpilddirektors Māris Ērglis, izglītības darba koordinatore Inese Gaumane un attīstības nodaļas pārstāvji piedalīsies Novadu pašvaldību apvienības sanāksmē. Tā notiks Ogrē, un plānots, ka pasākumā piedalīsies 210 pārstāvji - pašvaldību vadītāji, deputāti un darbinieki, kā arī Vides aizsardzības un reģionālās ministrijas (VARAM), Izglītības un
zinātnes ministrijas un Pārresoru koordinācijas centra vadītājs Mārtiņš Krieviņš un darbinieki.

Rīta plenārsēdē piedalīsies vides aizsardzības un reģionālās attīstības ministrs Edmunds Sprūdžs. Kopā ar pašvaldībām ministrs apspriedīs trīs jautājumus: par deputātu skaitu pašvaldībā, par interešu konfliktu un pašvaldības priekšsēdētāja atcelšanu no amata
un pašvaldību tiesības rīkoties ar savu mantu. Turpinājumā darbs noritēs divās darba grupās: Izglītības reformu un Attīstības plānošanas, struktūrfondu apguves un uzņēmējdarbības attīstības grupā. Novadu pašvaldību un ministriju pārstāvji diskutēs par aktuālām problēmām iepriekšminētajās tēmās un formulēs par tām viedokli.

Izglītības jomā uzmanības lokā būs jautājums par strukturālo reformu problēmām un to risinājumiem. Izglītības darba grupā ir paredzēts diskutēt par šādiem jautājumiem: „Nauda seko bērnam (skolēnam)” un par bezmaksas izglītību un nepieciešamību noteikt bezmaksas "pakalpojuma grozu"; par profesionālās izglītības attīstību; par specializēto skolu attīstību; par mazo skolu attīstības programmu. Netiks aizmirstas arī profesionālās izglītības reformas problēmas, jo katram jaunietim pēc izglītības iestādes pabeigšanas ir jābūt prasmēm kādā profesijā, lai iekļautos darba tirgū. Diskutēs arī par pirmskolas izglītības problēmām, kuras jārisina decentralizēti katrā pašvaldībā, pēc vietējiem
apstākļiem. Otrajā darba grupā diskutēs par ekonomikas attīstību un pašvaldību vietu Nacionālajā attīstības plānā (NAP).

Dienas otrajā daļā pašvaldību pārstāvji pulcēties plenārsēdē, kurā darba grupu vadītāji sniegs ziņojumus par diskusijās izkristalizētiem viedokļiem novadu pašvaldībām svarīgākajos jautājumos. Plenārsēdē paredzēts pieņemt dokumentus, kurus iesniegs izskatīšanai Latvijas Pašvaldību savienības kongresā, kas notiks šī gada 18.maijā Preiļos.

Noslēgumā pašvaldību delegācijas tiks iepazīstinātas ar Ogres novada interesantākajām vietām.
